BCP53-16 Overview
As the DC current gain is the ratio of the collector current to the base current, for this device the DC current gain is 100 @ 150mA 2V.This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of -500mV.When VCE saturation is 500mV @ 50mA, 500mA, transistor means Ic has reached transistors maximum value (saturated). If the emitter base voltage is kept at 5V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved.50MHz is present in the transition frequency. This device can take an input voltage of 80V volts before it breaks down.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 1A volts.
