BUL1102E Overview
This device has a DC current gain of 12 @ 2A 5V, which is the ratio between the collector current and the base current.Saturation of VCE means Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and VCE saturation (Max) is 1.5V @ 400mA, 2A.If the emitter base voltage is kept at 12V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved.Maximum collector currents can be below 4A volts.
