BULD741T4 Overview
This device has a DC current gain of 25 @ 450mA 3V, which is the ratio between the collector current and the base current.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 1.5V @ 600mA, 2A.The emitter base voltage can be kept at 15V for high efficiency.As a result, it can handle voltages as low as 400V volts.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 2.5A volts.
