ST13009 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 10 @ 8A 5V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.Single BJT transistor is possible to achieve a high level of efficiency by maintaining the emSingle BJT transistorter base voltage at 12V.Current rating refers to the maximum current a fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating substantially, and this device has a 12A current rating.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 12A volts.
