STGW19NC60H Description
STGW19NC60H is a 600v very fast IGBT. This IGBT STGW19NC60H utilizes the advanced PowerMESHIM process resulting in an excellent trade-off between switching performance and low on-state behavior. The STMicroelectronics STGW19NC60H can be applied in High-frequency motor controls and SMPS and PFC in both hard switch and resonant topologies. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 175℃. And the transistor STGW19NC60H is in the TO-247 package with 140W power dissipation.
