STL73 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 10 @ 600mA 3V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.When VCE saturation is 1V @ 250mA, 1A, transistor means Ic has reached transistors maximum value (saturated).Emitter base voltages of 9V can achieve high levels of efficiency.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 1.5A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
