DC current gain' is equal to the ratio of the collector current to the base current, something like Ic/Ib, and this device has 200 @ 2A 2V DC current gain.As it features a collector emitter saturation voltage of 130mV, it allows for maximum design flexibility.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 200mV @ 50mA, 2.5A.Continuous collector voltage should be kept at 2.5A for high efficiency.If the emitter base voltage is kept at 5V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved.This device has a current rating of 2.5A which corresponds to the maximum current it can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much.140MHz is present in the transition frequency.Single BJT transistor can take a breakdown input voltage of 20V volts.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 2.5A volts.
