In this device, the DC current gain is 300 @ 1A 2V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.The collector emitter saturation voltage is 460mV, which allows for maximum design flexibility.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 460mV @ 200mA, 5A.Single BJT transistor is recommended to keep the continuous collector voltage at 5A in order to achieve high efficiency.The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 7V to achieve high efficiency.A fuse's current rating indicates how much current it will be able to carry over an indefinite period, and this device has a current rating of (5A).There is a transition frequency of 140MHz in the part.A breakdown input voltage of 75V volts can be used.Collector current can be as low as 5A volts at its maximum.
