ZXTP2012A Overview
A collector emitter saturation voltage of -145mV allows maximum design flexibility.A -3.5A continuous collector voltage is necessary to achieve high efficiency.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at 7V.According to definition, current rating describes the maximum current a fuse can carry indefinitely without deteriorating too much, and this device has no current rating. In this part, there is a transition frequency of 120MHz.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 3.5A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
