It is designed based on TRENCHSTOP? IGBT 2 technology to provide very low VCE(sat),1.75V at nominal current, 10μsec short circuit withstand time at Tvj=175°C, and low EMI. Easy paralleling capability can be ensured due to the positive temperature coefficient in VCEsat. Based on its specific characteristics, the IKQ75N120CT2XKSA1 IGBT is well suited for a wide range of applications, including commercial vehicles, agricultural vehicles, and more.
