DC current gain' is equal to the ratio of the collector current to the base current, something like Ic/Ib, and this device has 110 @ 2mA 5V DC current gain.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 250mV allows maximum design flexibility.Vce saturation?means Ic is at its maximum value(saturated), and the vce saturation(Max) is 600mV @ 5mA, 100mA.With the emitter base voltage set at 6V, an efficient operation can be achieved.Its current rating is 100mA, which means that it can sustain a maximum current for an indefinite period of time without degrading too much.Single BJT transistor contains a transSingle BJT transistorion frequency of 300MHz.This device can take an input voltage of 45V volts before it breaks down.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 100mA volts.
