CPH3212-TL-E Overview
As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 200 @ 500mA 2V.This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of 150mV.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 150mV @ 40mA, 2A.The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 6V to achieve high efficiency.The maximum collector current is 5A volts.
