ZTX694B Overview
As dc = Ic/Ib, DC current gain is the ratio of base current to collector current, and DC current gain for this device is 400 @ 200mA 2V.The collector emitter saturation voltage is 500mV, which allows for maximum design flexibility.A VCE saturation indicates a maximum value of Ic (saturation), and a maximum value of VCE saturation (Max).Single BJT transistor is recommended to keep the continuous collector voltage at 500mA in order to achieve high efficiency.If the emitter base voltage is kept at 5V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved.The current rating of this fuse is 500mA, which means that transistor can carry an indefintransistore amount of current wtransistorhout deteriorating too much.Single BJT transistor contains a transSingle BJT transistorion frequency of 130MHz.Collector current can be as low as 500mA volts at its maximum.
