2N5192 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 20 @ 1.5A 2V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current. As it features a collector emitter saturation voltage of -1.2V, it allows for maximum design flexibility.Saturation of VCE means Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and VCE saturation (Max) is 1.4V @ 1A, 4A.With the emitter base voltage set at 5V, an efficient operation can be achieved. In definition, current rating refers to the maximum current a fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much, and the current rating of this device is 4A.There is a transition frequency of 2MHz in the part.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 4A volts.
